Your therapist is Jenny Walker; a specialist in clinical massage and physical rehabilitation, myofascial release and restorative massage. Jenny offers you over 23 years of experience to aid you in your journey out of pain and to a renewed sense of wellbeing.

Jenny is a member of The Institute of Anatomical Sciences, The Fascia Research Society and the Integral Anatomy movement of Somanauts with Gil Hedley.

During your treatment sessions, we work together to build a trusting relationship to help you move into a new sense of ease in your body through massage and movement. Along with practical rehabilitation help, the restoration of movement and the reduction of pain, the focus is also placed on reducing anxiety and stress through breathing techniques. Personally tailored homecare advice that is simple to implement forms the backbone of help between your regular studio sessions.

 

Wind-down time is a perfect monthly experience to help you increase your health. With beautiful organic essential oils, hot stones and peace, there is no reason not to enjoy time in the studio.
